This website is operated by Pixelgrid. Throughout the site, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Pixelgrid.
By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with any other policies referenced on our website.
These terms are intended for consumer purchases. Separate terms may apply to wholesale or business orders.
Products
We take reasonable care to ensure our product descriptions, images, colours, dimensions and other information are accurate.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
Products are subject to availability and we may limit quantities or discontinue products where necessary.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not meet legal requirements.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase from us.
An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. Your order is accepted when we dispatch it or otherwise confirm that we have accepted it.
We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where, for example:
- a product is unavailable;
- there is an obvious pricing or product information error;
- payment cannot be authorised; or
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid.
Prices & Payment
Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
Payment is required when your order is placed.
We may change our prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
Pre-orders
Some Pixelgrid products may be available to pre-order before they are ready to dispatch.
Payment is taken when the pre-order is placed unless stated otherwise.
Any estimated dispatch date is an estimate rather than a guaranteed date. If there is a significant delay, we will provide an update where reasonably possible.
Pre-orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting hello@pixelgridclub.com.
Once a pre-order has been dispatched, our normal Returns & Refunds Policy applies.
Delivery
Delivery options, prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and/or in our Shipping Policy.
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the stated timescales, although delays can occasionally occur outside our reasonable control.
For pre-orders, the estimated pre-order dispatch timeframe applies instead of our normal dispatch timeframe.
Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or someone you have nominated to receive them.
Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these terms.
UK customers generally have a legal right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of delivery, subject to applicable exceptions. Our voluntary 30-day returns policy is provided in addition to your statutory rights.

Website Use
You must not use our website:
- for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- to interfere with or damage the website or its security;
- to introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful material; or
- to copy or commercially exploit our website content without permission.
We may restrict access to the website where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
Intellectual Property
All Pixelgrid branding, logos, product photography, designs, graphics, website content and other original material on this website are owned by or licensed to Pixelgrid unless stated otherwise.
They may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our prior permission.
Third-Party Services & Links
Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment providers and other websites.
Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify.
Personal Information
Any personal information you provide to us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
For consumer purchases, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for business losses arising from consumer purchases.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on this page. Changes will apply to future use of our website and future orders and will not retrospectively change the terms applying to an order already accepted.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
