Shipping policy

UK Delivery

We offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom.

Standard delivery is free on orders over £50. For orders under £50, the delivery charge will be shown at checkout before you place your order.

Estimated delivery times will also be shown at checkout.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 2 working days.

During particularly busy periods, launches or public holidays, dispatch may take a little longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation where available.

Unless a different delivery timeframe has been agreed or clearly stated at the time of purchase, we will deliver your order without undue delay and within 30 days.

Pre-orders

Products available for pre-order will show an estimated dispatch timeframe on the product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will normally be dispatched once all items are available.

If you'd like an in-stock item sooner, we recommend placing it as a separate order.

Estimated pre-order dates are not guaranteed and may change if delays occur. If there is a significant delay, we'll provide an update where reasonably possible.

Pre-orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting hello@pixelgridclub.com.

Delayed or Missing Orders

Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by courier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Pixelgrid remains responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you or someone you have nominated to receive it.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed or has not arrived, contact hello@pixelgridclub.com and we'll investigate.

Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
